The General Commissioner of the Jayli awards informs the artists and the public that the votes have been closed as planned since August 15, 2023. There are approximately 750 applications for more than 20,000 visits to the website www.jayliawards.com recorded between February 24 and August 15th.
The PRE-NOMINATION Jury is now working to evaluate the works submitted to select 10 per category.
Regarding the categories, after consultation, some categories have been merged for greater consistency and others withdrawn due to the low number of applications. Thus, the 10 categories selected are as follows:

• Best Ivoirian Female Artist
• Best Ivoirian Male Artist
• Best Artist/Group of Eastern Africa
• Best Artist/Group of Northern Africa
• Best Artist/Group of Central Africa
• Best Artist/Group of Southern Africa
• Best Artist/Group of West Africa
• The Song of the year
• The Jayli-Tribute
• The Artist of the year

The PRE-Nominees list will be announced on August 28, 2023.
After Jury evaluation, 5 Nominees per category announcement on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
Voting wil be open from September 20 till October 08.
The Jayli awards prestigious ceremony scheduled for Friday, November 03, 2023 at Palais des Congrès of Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire under the patronage of Côte d’Ivoire First Lady, Mrs Dominique OUATTARA.
