Norah is an award-winning media entrepreneur, author, communications strategist and trainer.
She is the Director of TinaBlu Communications, a firm based in Sandton, South AFrica that provides strategic communications, branding, media project management and publishing services.

She is well sought-after communications strategist with over 18 years of invaluable international experience across commercial & developmental sectors. Highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge of strategic communications, digital marketing, online content strategy, user experience writing, editing as well as public relations and project management.

She has a consistent track record of successfully completing media projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover.

Over the years, Ms Spie has developed and implemented communication strategies and managed media projects for various international co-operations such as the United Nations, SIDA, GIZ, FAO, World Association of Newspapers, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Adam Smith International, DAI, KPMG, Unilever, SADC Secretariat, Barclays Bank, FNB, Samsung, Standard Bank, Wits University and Coca-Cola.

She has worked with a number of African government ministries including Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Eswatini,Ghana,Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

She is also the Founder/Chairperson of Oasis Foundation, an organisation that provides support and tools for women to create wealth, participates in community-based projects and provides mentorship for young people.

Norah comes with a wealth of international experience having lived and worked in Sweden, France, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Norah holds a Diploma in Journalism and Professional Writing, BA in Mass Communications and an MBA majoring in Management of Information Systems. She is a published author of four Amazon listed books.
